She is well known for her ability to take a complex situation and quickly come up with a creative, well conceived plan of action that leads to effective and efficient execution. In short, Kathryn helps organizations improve bottom line results.

On a personal note, Kathryn belongs to the Women’s Investment Network (WIN), a group of fifteen women who set out five years ago to ‘learn and earn’ all they could by investing in the stock market.

A believer in lifelong learning, Kathryn earned her MSPM at The George Washington University, Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Windsor, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Queen’s University. She is certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP®), and is a graduate of the prestigious Million Dollar Consulting College®. Additionally, Kathryn helps others learn by facilitating workshops in the Executive Development Divisions of twelve universities across Canada.

Each summer, Kathryn can be found canoeing on the Restigouche River in a remote part of northern New Brunswick with friends she met in a workshop several years ago.
